It was ordered on Monday, a fully varnished Gaff and fittings on the shelf, had a
courier cost for this 3.2m item of over £100, so Michael decided to have a pleasant
drive to ‘sunny’ Wales to collect.
He was met at NP224LA by Martin my colleague and pal at midday, within 15
minutes it was loaded into his car, only just, then heading back south to Devon.
At the same time of this dispatch yesterday a second Gaff kit was ordered by Dave
in SW Scotland, again an oversize package for a delivery to Scotland. By chance
Dave could double up with this collection and a visit to Plymouth, Martin kindly
liaised with Dave during the day and they did a handover meet-up near
Abergavenny so Dave could get back onto the M50 and head back north
So, Just Lugger Joinery & more, mail order, is proving the point!
