I’m never surprised anymore when and where I get emails with questions or requests for Lugger parts.

Late on Sunday 2 April I received Rogers email requesting an engine bracket and engine packer for his Lugger, with a quick reply with an invoice he had made the bank transfer.
The following morning, Monday 3rd, the bracket was taken from stock and along with the engine packer made secure in a hard case ready for the courier.
The logistics that courier companies employ these days are just incredible. I had confirmation from Evri that it was on its way, then a further email to say it had been delivered, that was on Thursday 6 April. Roger kindly acknowledged receipt that evening.
Yet another Lugger order quickly delivered with a fast turnaround due to handmade parts in stock ready to go. This enables JLJ to offer excellent quality items at a competitive price that are built to be more than fit for the job.
Our overseas deliveries are going really well.
This coming week I will be putting a large order together for Charles in Australia. He had a New Lugger delivered from the U.K. supplier just a short while ago, sadly with equipment not up to scratch and with equipment that needs upgrading already.
So JLJ has stepped in to remedy this situation.
The first part of the order for Charles is a solid rudder, new tiller and extension with rudder knuckle and our Delta anchor set up for the fore deck. I’m now liaising with Charles as to its best position.
Please keep following this story this coming week on how we at JLJ liaised with Charles on his particular requirements.
